Who we share it with
- Kit (ConvertKit) sends our emails and stores the email list.
- Vercel hosts the website.
These companies process data only on our instructions. Some are based in the US. Where data leaves the UK or EEA, it's protected by approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
We never sell or rent your personal data, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Cookies
This website doesn't currently set any advertising or analytics cookies, so there's no cookie banner. If that changes, we'll ask for your consent first and update this page.
When you click an affiliate link (for example to Amazon), that retailer may set its own cookies on its own site so it can tell us a sale came from our link. Its own privacy policy covers those cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep email-list data until you unsubscribe, then delete it within 30 days. We keep emails you send us for up to two years.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under UK or EU GDPR, or US state laws such as California's), you can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. To make a request, email info@accordantpartners.co.uk. We'll reply within one month.
If you're in the UK, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). In the EU, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
